My son wanted me to write a note for him to avoid attending sex education class at primary school. I asked him why he didn't want to go. He said 'Mum I just wanna be a kid, I don't wanna know about all that grown up stuff', my Dad said 'fair enough, if he's not ready leave him alone' I wrote the note and then got a lecture from the school. pfft He's now a father of 4 and loving it, he's still uncomfortable with the subject and because it makes him feel uncomfortable I must still respect that.
